What’s involved?

A mentorship program that flows with you. Commiting to this program opens the space for in depth healing to be undertaken as part of your healing journey. I can guarantee you will experience changes on each level, mind, body and spirit from this journey. How that looks, is up to you. Sessions are open to what you want to work on. But we do agree on one thing, at the start of your journey, is your aspirations for the healing journey.

Each session is unique, I flow with what you wish to gain from your time with me. Whilst holding the space and flowing with the energy created in the container of this partnership.

I guarantee you will learn new ways of working with yourself. Ways to support yourself, emotionally, spiritually and physically. This journey will be unique to YOU. I am leaving the session structure open for this reason. To allow us to flow together. To feel into what needs to be shed, healed and learnt to support you on your journey, whilst I guide you.

All you need to do is show up and share what you wish to change. What you wish for more clarity on. Commit to the sessions and experience the magic.

7 x 1 :1 sessions with me. 1 hour each.

Who am I?

I am a holistic healing practitioner. Qualifying as a Kinesiologist, with a Diploma in Mind Body Medicine. Trained in reiki, clairvoyance and mediumship.

I specialize in Holistic Counselling, Energy Healing, Past life regression and meditation.

I see myself as an empathic, soul purpose healer. I’m here to support you. Other like minded souls, wishing to live a life aligned with their soul. To find their purpose and to connect with their own internal power.

Energy Clearing

Intuitive energy healing. Using reiki, energetic medicine, kinesiology and intuitive healing to clear any energetic blockages you maybe carrying.

Removing energetic blockages from the chakra systems, meridian channels and your energetic field.

These shorter, clearing sessions work with the energy centers of the body to bring you back into balance.

One of the principles of Reiki is connection to universal, source energy. This energy flows through all of us, Connecting us to source, nature and each other.

When conducting energy work, I am working with your energy. Using this divine connection we all have, my energy also helps to support you. What is meant to be released in the session will be. What is meant to stay behind will. If a blockage is serving you, it will stay. This may sound confusing, we are taught to resist blockages, to ‘fix’. But think of all the times you have been through hardship. How those moments have got you to be the person you are today. Resilient, strong, loving, compassionate and empathetic.

As a healer I have learnt that,

A. I don’t heal you. You heal yourself. Using universal energy, I am working with your energy. Helping it to flow again. Using my own knowledge and intuition as a healer to support this flow. Imagine a dance, bath parties are involved but you need to partake and flow in the dance that is created.

B. When a blockage is removed, but the lessons haven’t been ‘learnt’ it may come back. In the same form or another. This is why we flow in life. Why we continue to do the work every day. We enquire, we use our tools and most importantly, we are compassionate towards ourselves. Working with me, I will give you tools to help your energy continue to flow after seeing me. But as life ebs and flows, so does our energetic system. Sometimes we just need a little support to get the flowing going again.

These sessions are great for anyone dipping their toes into energetic healing. Anyone short of time or that are practiced at supporting themselves energetically and just need that extra support to clear.

If you are looking for more guidance. More in depth work into understanding yourself on Mind, Body and Spiritual levels. I would suggest undergoing my Mentorship Program (detailed below), or booking in for a kinesiology session. A longer session that will give you some more detailed feedback from your subconscious mind and guidance from myself.
