It is important that we understand ourselves, our traumas, our limiting beliefs and anything else that affects our nervous system.
So that we are able to discern when something is supporting our nervous system or it is triggering it.
But no external influence has the power to affect your nervous system unless you let it.
Yes it is important to have boundaries and remove ourselves from harmful people or situations. they say we are a reflection of the nervous systems of the people we spend the most time with. protext yourself by understanding whats yours and what is someone elses.
This is ok, we are growing and discovering our layers every day.
but taking ownership of understanding yourself intimately and why your nervous system maybe triggered allows you to be on power. holding yourself with love and compassion whilst moving through these triggers.

this is the result of your amigdala (more on this later).
So before you point the finger at your job, boss, family, financials etc triggering your nervous system. shine a light on why this person or situation maybe triggering you.
Take back your power.
Kinesiology helps to bypass the logical mind to see why subconsciously we are triggered. to understand ourselves intimately.
